Wedgewood is easier to experience than describe. Wedgewood is a 178 unit condominium development located in the gated Bonita Bay community in Southwest Florida. We have six mid-rise buildings which are five stories each and eleven two story lake villa buildings. Units have various configurations with a minimum of two bedrooms and up to four bedrooms with larger mid-rise units being two stories. All units have enclosed garages and a great view of a lake or a championship golf course. Wedgewood covers twenty-two acres and has an amenity package which includes a heated swimming pool, screened pavilion next to the pool, tennis courts, gas grills and a beach club with free round trip shuttle service from Wedgewood’s entrance.
